Looking to get to 500

After putting themselves in a 1-3 hole to start the season, the Dolphins are now in a position to head into the bye week with a possible 3-3 record.  However, in order to achieve that they need to beat Jeff Fisher and the St Louis Rams at home at 1pm tomorrow.

It would be nice to see the Dolphins build on their last victory against the Bengals, and continue to improve in all aspects of their game.  It the defense and offense can play like they did last week, and if they can find a way to stop shooting themselves in the foot with turnovers, then this game has the potential to be a victory by at least 2 touchdowns.  Even though the Rams are 3-2, they are team with many flaws and they are 2-10 against the spread in their last 12 road games.  Whereas, the Dolphins are 9-0 against the spread versus a team with a winning record, and 12-3 against the spread in their last 15 games.  This shows the Dolphins have at least been competitive.

Obviously this is not a guaranteed win, but sports gambling fans are not betting that the Dolphins are going to lose this game.  The spread went from -3 for the Dolphins to -4 1/2, which is clearly a sign that sports gambling fans feel the Dolphins will end the weekend with a 3-3 record.  The home team is 4-0 against the spread in their last 4 meetings with each other, and I would suggest to sports gambling fans that they wager on the Dolphins to cover the -4 1/2 and to win on the money line at -220.
