Miami Will Prove Who They Are Against Arizona
A win this week would prove the Ravens games was a speed bump.
The Baltimore Ravens had a chance to prove who they were as a team. In response, they played so jacked up that they looked like they’d been injected with an steroids before kickoff.
Last week, the Miami Dolphins couldn’t come close to matching the Ravens intensity, and they were dominated in all phases.
But, let’s remember: THAT WAS LAST WEEK.
Right now, this week, is what is most relevant.
And the key question is, will the Dolphins use last week to learn from it and rebound, or will they climb back into there losing ways?
The only way to answer that question is going to be by how they perform this upcoming Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals.
Most of the best pay per head sportsbook fans will agree that the Cardinals have under-performed this season with a 5-6-1 record, but there is no doubting that this team has plenty of talent across the roster and an excellent coaching staff. This will be a very difficult challenge — but, good teams over come these situations.
Miami is going to have to dig deep-down inside themselves this week, and make sure they have Playoff level intensity.
The must prove they can get their intensity up to Post Season level.
Luckily for Miami, this will be a home game, because Miami has thrived at home this season with a 5-1 record. The best teams in the league are very good at home, and turn home games into an advantage, which at the moment is something the Dolphins have been doing. The home crowd this Sunday could be a crucial component in helping us get a victory. So it’s important that anyone attending the game cheer out of their minds till their voice boxes can’t continue.
You chosen few will play a part in a Miami win.
The Dolphins need to come out strong on Sunday and prove that they are not the Dolphins of the last twenty years when adversity comes. They must rise to the occasion.
Every issue that presented itself against the Ravens is correctable, at least to some extent — every one.
The Dolphins played very poorly against the Ravens, but neither they or you can expect them to win every game (72′ might be the only time that ever happens). However, to quote the great American philosopher Rocky Balboa:
“Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place, and I don’t care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard you hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward; how much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now, if you know what you’re worth, then go out and get what you’re worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain’t you. You’re better than that!”

You are right the Dolphins were knock down a game but not out of it.

Sun Tzu
“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
Miami Dolphins strength is in Rushing 30 or more carries or Passing 30 or more times?
Miami Dolphins Defense: Soft Defense or Press man to man Defense?
The Miami Dolphins are at the cross roads they cannot have both. Who are they? We have seen what has not work in December.
The Cowboys understand the Value of the defense and Elliot, The Cowboys have not over loaded their Rookie QB by setting him up for failure. Two interception in 12 games to the Dolphins QB throwing 3 interceptions in one game? So each year its every body’s fault except the QB?
How many NFL players stay on the field with 3 turn overs in one game but the Dolphins QB who is not at fault per Stephen Ross? We are at 1/2 A decade still have not earned a Sunday or Monday night game.
I’m 100% confident that Gase and Vance can defeat the last 4 opponents by knowing their opponents and knowing the Dolphins,
That’s such a key…I’m a big fan of the Art of War. That’s one reason why Belichick is so good. This talent separates the boys from the men in coaching. I believe in Gase and really like Joseph — but, Gase has experience as a Cord, Joseph doesn’t. I think this is one reason why he is lagging in his advancements. This week is crucial for him. I just don’t understand why you don’t have any bumps or jams or route altering physicality on the menu? I mean they are marching up and down the field, so it’s not like there’s anything to lose. Also, I thought we were going too run a press zone? This soft shell / zone is more like Tampa’s old D…if that’s the case you need alot of talent for that…
