These cuts need to be made and should be made because this team still has holes to fill, and between free-agency, and the draft they will have the opportunity to get better. However, they will need to have cap space so they can afford to get better, by paying for top talent. They will also need to have another solid draft. Hickey nailed his first two picks, however, the rest of the players that he drafted, the jury is still out on them.
