Where to now?

After another dreadful performance, the question is what to do now?

With a 4-6 record, the chance for a playoff birth is pretty much nonexistent. After overachieving in the first half of the season, the Dolphins have now lost 3 games in a row and appear to be regressing on both sides of the ball.

I’m actually confused because the offense is getting worse, the turnovers are pilling on, and the defensive line who used to be a strength is letting running backs run wild on them. The first 5 games the Phins only gave up 307 yards on the ground, however in the last 5 games, they have given up 661 yards on the ground. The offense was limited to only 184 yards against the Bills, and they once again turned the ball over 3 times. In the NFL you will never win games turning the ball over that much. Then to add a little more salt to the wound Nolan Carroll was penalized 4 times for 56 yards. This is unacceptable and proves we desperately need a CB.

Also what happened to our running game, and Reggie Bush. They were only able to get 60 yards on the ground, and 20 for Bush. At the beginning of the season, it looked like our running back position was pretty solid, now it appears we need to be looking for a starting RB, along with a laundry list of other positions we need improvement on.

Lastly, Ryan Tannehill is officially in a slump tacking on 2 more interceptions at critical points in the game. I truly hope this is purely just growing pains, and that he will be able to correct these mistakes. The scary part is that when Chad Henne first started, flashed potential, and we all know how that panned out. I hope and pray this is not what we are seeing from RT, a guy with potential but not enough ability to reach his potential. Personally I believe RT is our guy and will find a way to right the ship. The football betting software strategy is that the rest of the season is going to have lots of ups and downs and probably more downs.
